Which shipping partners do you use?
We work with reliable shipping partners such as DHL and Deutsche Post to ensure safe and fast delivery.
Do you also deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver internationally. Please note that international orders may take longer delivery times and the shipping costs are €6.99.

Can I return the products without reason?
Yes, you can return the products for any reason within 30 days.
What does the 24 month guarantee mean for me?
The 24-month guarantee means that you can return the product to us free of charge within 2 years, as long as it is not your fault and it is not a normal wear item.
How does a return/exchange work?
Register items for return via our online portal or customer service.
- Receive and print out the return label from us.
- Pack the item securely and enclose the invoice or delivery note.
- Drop off the package at a post office with the return label.
- After checking in our warehouse, the refund or the exchange item will be sent.
- Items should be returned unused and in original packaging. If you have any questions, our customer service is available.
Who pays for return shipping in the event of a warranty claim?
With a 24 month guarantee on your iPhone. If you are dissatisfied: free return. Details in our warranty policy.

No, you do not need an account to place an order.
what do I do when I forgot my password?
No worries! Simply click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions to set up a new password.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been completed. Please review it carefully before submitting.
